【Responsibilities】:

• Responsible for updating the websites and app

• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, social media posts, written correspondences, memos and manual etc.

• Perform office management, clerical and administrative duties, asset management and database management etc.

• Handle petty cash, bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement documents

• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
   

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】:

• Certificate or above in Design/ Marketing or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in design and/ or marketing

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge in design and web design is highly preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
