【Responsibilities】:

• Prepare, co-ordinate and provide on-site support for indoor/ outdoor promotion activities and talks
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, promotional collaterals, social media posts, written correspondences, memos and manual etc.
• Assist with website and app updates, layout modifications and simple video editing
• Perform clerical and administrative duties, database management and filing etc.
• Handle petty cash, bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement documents
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
   

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline with at least 3 years of progressively responsible marketing experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/ or communications
• Good computer literacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in design and video editing software is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
