Human Resources Executive
【Responsibilities】
· Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and HR projects.
· Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in full compliance with relevant regulations.
· Maintain staff insurance policies and handle insurance claims efficiently.
· Organize training activities and manage training reimbursements.
· Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
· Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Support the planning and organization of staff activities, events and other ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
· Degree holder with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in independently managing payroll for shift-based and rostered employees.
· Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and HR database management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.
· Meticulous, well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
· A good team player with strong collaboration skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
