【Responsibilities】

• Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and HR projects.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in full compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain staff insurance policies and handle insurance claims efficiently.

• Organize training activities and manage training reimbursements.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.

• Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Support the planning and organization of staff activities, events and other ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned.

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing payroll and recruitment.

• Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and HR database management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.

• Meticulous, well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively.

• A good team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Human Resources Associate.
