Job Description

• You will be assist in general clerical and administrative duties of our engineering projects.
• You will be responsible for prepare quotation, issuance of purchase orders, maintenance staff attendance record, prepare the schedule, materials submission and other general administration supports.

Requirements

• F.6 or above and at least 3 years' clerical / administration experience;
• Experience in the engineering field is highly preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
