Job Description

• Work closely with business alliance partners or vendors on marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.

• Organize and support different kinds of customer events (e.g. exhibitions, luncheons, seminars, workshops, webinars, etc).

• Prepare different kinds of marketing collaterals (e.g. company presentations, newsletters, eDM) and update Group’s digital marketing platforms.

• Support marketing campaigns, patent application of Group’s subsidiaries.

• Partnership management of various IT vendors, such as marketing fund, training and certification management, etc.

• Support on Group’s corporate communication activities

• Handle and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Ad-hoc tasks from supervisor.

Requirements

• 2+ years working experience in marketing or equivalent role

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent

• Solid experience in organizing customer activities, e.g. seminar, webinar, luncheon or dinner events

• Solid experience in handling different social media platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Youtube, etc, and other digital marketing tools

• Skill in business design tools, i.e. Photoshop/Illustrator.  Skill in html editing software such as Dreamweaver preferred.

• Knowledge on content management system software such as WordPress is preferable

• Candidates with more experience can apply for Senior Marketing Officer.
