Air Freight Operation Clerk / Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of air freight import & export documents

  • Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, carriers, warehouse & co-loaders

  • Collaborate with the Customer Services team to ensure accurate shipment requirements are met

  • Invoicing to customers and inter-company in compliance with the company guidelines

  • System data entry

  • Follow up on shipment status

  • Responsible for daily inquiries related to external & internal parties

  • Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow-up


Requirements

  • HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above

  • At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding-related industries

  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook + (Cargowise is an advantage) )

  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, work independently, well-organized & strong sense of responsibility

  • With DGA, DGR license is an advantage

  • Shift duties are required

  • Immediate availability is an advantage


Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui East
