Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Infor Nexus, SharePoint & Power BI Dashboard

• Ensure integration between Infor Nexus & Microsoft tools.

• Collect, validate, and maintain order-related data across multiple platforms.

• Generate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or SharePoint to track KPIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT and operational workflows.

• Maintain Infor Nexus data quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of order information.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/ data process roles.

• Hands-on experience with Infor Nexus, BI Automate & SharePoint.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI for reporting and collaboration.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with international shipping processes and trade compliance.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistics data and KPIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement orientation.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, merchandising, or order management preferred
