Administration Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • General HR and Administrative work;
  • Responsible for personnel attendance, overtime data checking and entry statistics archiving;
  • Procurement of stationery supplies, office supplies, facilities repair and maintenance;
  • Business contract and filing management;
  • Basic Chinese and English writing skills etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in HR & Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office: word, excel, power-point and outlook
  • Well-organized and detail-minded with good communication skills & able to meet deadlines
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua
