Responsibilities:

• To support sales team in all sales support functions, include daily sales activities such as preparing quotation, sales leads follow-up and customer visits

• Handle all customers' enquiries

• Prepare and process quotations and orders

• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, project and account department

• Manage and create potential project lists

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or Form 7

• 2 years relevant experience in sales or trading

• Experience in Engineering Projects Industry is preferable

• For candidates graduated in other discipline area or less sales experience, will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Engineer

• Proficiency in PC operations:- Email, MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Good in presentation skills

• Detail-minded, self-initiative, outgoing and capable to work under pressure
