WAREHOUSE CLERK (KWAI FONG)

Responsibilities:

  • To support Procurement Manager and logistics team in all warehouse and logistics support functions

  •  Responsible for shipment arrangement 

  • Prepare import and export documents 

  • Communicate with forwarder for delivery arrangement

  • Comply data entry in system for reports (internal IT / ERP system)

  •  Maintain warehouse in good order and perform data analysis on stock level 

  •  Perform regular stock check and annual stock take (both HK and China warehouse)

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above 

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in logistic field

  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills 

  • Proficiency in PC operations:- Email, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing 

  • Fair in both written and spoken English 

  • Able to work overtime 

  • Hardworking and willing to learn
