Job Responsibilities:

• Department administration work: Manage IAD resource efficiently;

• Ensure completion of audit engagement per IA plan: Operation audit, store audit & investigation:

1. Audit engagement planning, fieldwork and follow-up;

2. Proper review of subordinate audit work;

3. Professional communication with management / department heads / staffs;

4. Effective reporting to IAD department head and senior management;

• Insightful recommendation on company daily operation;

• Review & provide opinion on policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

With previous experience as an Senior Officer / Internal Audit Assistant Manager, together with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines and minimum 7 years working experience in internal or external audit field;

• Candidate with F&B / Retail / Hospitality industry will be an advantage;

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred but not a must;

• Excellent audit and engagement management skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).

• Attention to detail and highly-organized and strong time management skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasking & priorities in a fast-paced environment.
