Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition)

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition team on daily recruitment activities, including but not limited to candidates sourcing, CVs screening, interviews arrangement, reference checking etc.

  • Focus on frontline recruitment including Part Timers.

  • Follow up new hire documentations.

  • Assist in HR data analysis to generate various reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure compliance with HK employment ordinance, MPF regulations and other relevant labor laws.

  • Interacts with NGOs and Job Fair Organizers to explore new recruitment channels.

  • Support ad hoc HR duties / projects as assigend.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • At least 1-3 years' HR experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / Hospitality / FMCG industry with focus in mass recruitment and employee engagement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Sound knowledge of HK employment laws and regulations (e.g. employment ordinance, eMPF etc).
