About the role

This is an administrative support position in our Specialty Restaurant Team, responsible for drafting correspondence, maintaining Standard Recipes, and providing daily operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Draft internal correspondence, memos, and simple documents as assigned

• Formulate, maintain, and update the Standard Recipe in accordance with departmental requirements

• Review and revise Standard Recipes, procedure, workflows, and related procedures when necessary

• Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, and simple data summaries

• Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth department operations

• Perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Diploma or above in hospitality or related discipline

• 1 year of clerical or administrative experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel (including Vlookup etc) , Powerpoint, Outlook

• Familiar with Chinese and English typing skills

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English and a willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
