About this job:

Leads the end-to-end execution of payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance while driving key annual reward projects. This role bridges strategic C&B data analysis with hands-on operational excellence to support a fast-paced workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of C&B, including but not limited to payroll and final payments calculation, MPF, employee benefits administration, taxation, leave management in a professional and efficient manner.

• Verify the accuracy of the raw data, which are correlated to wages calculation, such as attendance and leave records.

• Prepare and compile the payroll related reports to Management and relevant departments in quality and timely manner.

• Drive "Pay for performance" culture, conduct market research, benchmark & revamp pay structure and job grade for market competitiveness.

• Conduct UAT and ensure new C&B requirement from users under SAP operate smoothly.

• Guide offsore HR colleagues closely for daily operations and digitalization projects.

• Participate in annual C&B projects, including but not limited to salary review, bonus exercise and medical / employee compensation insurance renewal.

• Ensure C&B policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliance with Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations.

• Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding pay slips, benefits, and labor rules.

• Participate in ad hoc C&B related projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

With previous experience as a Senior Payroll Officer / Manager, together with:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8-year experience with solid supervisory experience specializing in payroll calculation or comprehensive C&B operations. F&B or retail sector experience in sizable company is a significant advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and numerical aptitude.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving business environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience in SAP and UAT is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, & Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken Mandarin capabilities will be an advantage.
