Job Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition team in managing daily recruitment activities, including but not limited to candidates sourcing, CVs screening, interviews arrangement, reference checking etc.

• Focus on frontline recruitment including Part Timers.

• Follow up new hire documentations.

• Assist in HR data analysis to generate various reports and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with HK employment ordinance, MPF regulations and other relevant labor laws.

• Interacts with NGOs and Job Fair Organizers to explore new recruitment channels.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives e.g. recognition programs, team-building activities etc. 

• Support ad hoc HR duties / projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

• At least 1-3 year's HR experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / Hospitality / FMCG industry with focus in frontline recruitment and employee engagement.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Sound knowledge of HK employment laws and regulations (e.g. employment ordinance, eMPF etc).

• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
