Job Responsibilities:

• Perform procurement and logistics tasks including purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.

• Ensure adherence to established processes and maintain accurate data for compliance and reporting.

• Follow up on orders and maintain clear communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Support sourcing activities by collecting market data and assisting in supplier evaluation to maintain competition.

• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and assist in tender preparation.

• Liaise closely with Marketing, PDQ, QA, S&O and MK teams to support shop needs and promotions.

• Perform general clerical duties including document distribution, memo preparation, and filing system maintenance.

• Provide guidance to junior staff and assist in implementing departmental standards.

Job Requirements:

• With previous experience as a Supply Chain Officer, together with:

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, catering, or retail industry.

• Familiarity with sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control processes.

• Logical thinker with good numeric sense and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Flexible, independent, and team-oriented.
