Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and related activities.

• Update, organize, and file sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Maintain the customer database and support the generation and analysis of sales reports.

• Assist in organizing sales meetings and training sessions, preparing necessary materials.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant experience preferred.

• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), salesforce.com experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Team player who can effectively collaborate with different departments.
