Solution Architect

Job Description:

  • Design software solutions using the company’s AI products to meet customer needs.

  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

  • Examine current system architecture and work with client business and technical staff to recommend solutions that will result in more efficient systems.

  • Conduct and lead technical discussions with the client’s IT department to ensure that the company’s AI products can be reliably and securely deployed into the client’s environment.

  • Understand and mitigate the risks of third-party software and modules that will be encountered in the solution design.

  • Evaluate and decide what frameworks, platforms and technology stacks should be used for specific solution designs.

  • Keep up to date with relevant competitive products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Familiarity with various technology stacks including Linux, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Kafka / NATS, RDBMS, Python and JavaScript.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and software development processes.

  • Good understanding of business processes and solutions.

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking, good presentation and writing skills.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.

  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.

  • Eager to learn new technologies and investigate technical issues
