Purchase & Admin Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Assist in procurement activities including preparing purchase orders, purchase planning, price negotiation, etc
  • Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system
  • Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any related discipline
  • Minimum 1-year working experience in purchasing, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring, and report updating
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
