HR & Admin. Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties
  • Handling of payroll calculation, MPF administration, company insurance, tax returns and statutory required schemes
  • Align strategic planning with headcounts
  • Working closely with departments to identify recruitment and training needs
  • Review and update the HR policies and training plans
  • Establish and maintain high standard of occupational safety
  • Manage the operation of staff canteen, security, IT and cleaning services
  • Renew factory, canteen, dangerous goods storage and vehicle licences regularly
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR & Admin. management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
  • Well-organized and detail-minded with excellent communication and feedback skills
  • Working experience in manufacturing industry is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HRA or Assistant Officer
