The career programme  

12 weeks: Intensive technical training facilitated by expert coaches in FDM’ Skills Lab.   2+ years: Integrate into a high-performing team and build a platform alongside senior engineers. 

We match your strengths to the right role. Opportunities include:  

• Front-End Engineer: Build user interfaces, integrate real-time odds/game data 
• Back-End Engineer: Develop APIs, services, data pipelines. Low Latency platform
• Data Engineer: Real-time stats, odds, compliance data pipelines
• Quality Assurance: End-to-end testing, security validation, compliance verification 
•  Security Engineer: Protect platform, ensure compliance with new legislation 
•  Scrum Master: Facilitate agile delivery, remove blockers, coordinate stakeholders 

• CS/Software Engineering degree ideal but not mandatory   
• Strong problem-solving + passion for quality code  
• Ambitious, collaborative, eager to learn  
• Sports interest helpful but not required, drive matters most  
• Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate programme  
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory   
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong
