Responsibilities

• Daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, A/R & A/P monitoring, T/T payment / cheque / preparation, cash flow forecast, inter-company accounts reconciliation, management accounts.

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;

• Perform general accounting duties including data entries, document sorting, daily reconciliation, filing, and safekeeping of document files

·         Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Degree or Diploma in Accounting / LCCI 3 Level or relevant discipline;

·         Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting;

·         Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

·         Good PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing;    

·         Familiar with ERP System;

·         Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills;

·         Good communication skill with clients and team members;

·         Self-motivated, proactive and strong sense of responsibility

·         Willing to pursue a career in accountancy
