Pre-sales Engineer

Job Description

  • Focuses on technical training delivery and courseware development for TP-Link Omada and VIGI commercial product lines.

  • Empowers internal teams and channel partners via regular workshops, hands-on sessions

  • Supports basic pre-sales consultation and technical marketing with minimal tender & complex project pre-sales workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent product and technical training for internal staff, channel partners and enterprise clients

  • Host technical workshops, hands-on demo sessions and local partner events

  • Provide basic pre-sales consultation and product demonstration support

  • Assist marketing teams with technical events and local brand promotion

  • Analyze enterprise requirements, design customized solutions, and deliver proposals, BOMs and POC validation

  • Conduct client consultations, technical presentations and product demos for partners and end customers

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1 year relevant experience in IT, networking or surveillance industry; technical training experience preferred

  • Strong presentation, classroom delivery and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset and good cross-team collaboration ability
