Job Description:

• Handle daily operations for import / export declaration (Tradelink)

• Provide clerical support including license application, filing, data entry, and documentation

• Support the operations team in daily operations and other administrative tasks

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (9:30-18:30, 9 hours include 1 hour lunch time)
  

   Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above

• 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage

• Outdoor work is required

• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word

• Capable of handling high volume of paperwork

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Highly organized and detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility

• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
