With our long experience in China and Vietnam, we are expanding to meet growing worldwide demand for our quality mineral products.
We are looking for an Assistant Factory Manager - a practical, results-focused leader who enjoys fast-paced work and wants to help shape our manufacturing future. This is your opportunity to grow with us and be part of our success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily factory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high quality
Coordinate between different factory departments to improve productivity
Create and implement better processes to increase output and lower costs
Make the best use of resources for efficient operations
Plan production to meet both local and international customer needs
Lead ongoing improvement projects across all factories
Build strong teams while working with senior managers on growth plans
Handle special assignments when needed
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
5+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years in management roles (preferred)
Proven ability to solve problems and deliver results on time
Strong commitment to quality and responsibility
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Vietnamese/Indonesian is a big plus)
Willing to work in China, Vietnam, Indonesia or the Philippines
