FLOROMA limited is a fast-growing company which manufactures, sells and distributed scented products in HK. With successful O2O (Online-to-offline) strategy, the company has attained double-digit growth despite the impact by the pandemic. Currently, FLOROMA has 9 retail shops in Hong Kong with exports to overseas markets.

We are looking for candidate who are self-motivated, passionate about digital marketing and sales and wish to nurture their business mindset. Unlike big marketing firm, every staff has a direct and significant impact to our company. If you don’t want to be a small gear of a big company while would like to initiate things from zero, joining us will be a justifiable action. 
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support planning & execution of marketing campaigns (both online and offline campaigns)
• Create engaging graphics, photos, imagery, video and copy using AI or photoshop or Canva or Premiere Pro etc.
• Knowledge on video shooting and editing is highly preferred
• Participate in Event Management such as Pop-up, shop opening ceremony, and corporate perfume-making class or perfume bar.
• Responsible for channel management with existing retail distribution
• Participate in product development such as sourcing, marketing research
• Analyze sales data and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Handled customer enquiry on social media platforms in a timely and appropriate manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder / Higher diploma in Marketing or related principles. Applicants with quantitative background preferred 
• Strong digital marketing and E-commerce sense
• Photoshop or Illustrator skills is a plus
• Good team player with good communication skills and positive attitude
• Result-driven with a can-do attitude
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Strong willingness to learn and self-driven
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good writing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese
• 1+ years of hands-on Marketing experience is a must
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant marketing Manager
