Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and outside parties for the daily management of operations and logistics of funding projects;

• Manage project progress and oversee KPI performance;

• Assist in preparation of projects plans, proposals, campaigns, educational, promotional & fund raising activities for the company;

• Provide support for related projects & events including progress & financial reports;

• Support various functions for the projects such as meetings, events arrangement & publicity, trainings & seminars to facilitate smooth delivery of the projects

• Other relevant duties and ad hoc projects as required by the Company.

Requirements

• Degree holder of any discipline; major in Environmental Management / Food Safety will be an advantage;

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management;

• Experience in NGO or Charity and skill in proposal writing are essential;

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Good social and communication skills;

• Able to work independent and self-motivated;

• Computer literacy in MS Office
