Hong Kong’s Only All-you-can-eat Brazilian Churrascaria

Difficult to pronounce but easy to enjoy, Churrascaria [choo-rah-scah-ree-ah], refers to traditional Brazilian steakhouses where exquisite meats are barbecued on sword-like skewers slowly spinning over hot coals.

In the iconic district of Lan Kwai Fong, BRAZA has been a dining hotspot since its opening in 2015. The wooden rustic décor, adorned with a colorful tropical-inspired mural, and decked with a central bar mixing up authentic Caipirinhas, BRAZA’s atmosphere is unpretentious, festive and convivial.

Just like it was done in the early 1800s in Southern Brazil, we serve Rodizio-style – our waiters come to the table with knives and carved-to-order the freshly grilled meats right off the giant skewers in front of the guests – adding excitement and interactivity to the unique dining experience .

The endless succession of fire-roasted meats and seafood is complemented by a buffet of gourmet salads and hot sides, featuring seasonal salads, homemade pickles, seafood recipes, cured meats, grilled vegetables, as well as traditional feijoada and garlic rice. Salary

  • HK$15,680 per month (excluding overtime pay)

Working Hours

  • 9 working hours per day
  • 6 working days per week
  • Shift work required
    • 10:30 – 20:30 (including 1 hour meal break) or
    • 11:30 – 21:30 (including 1 hour meal break) or
    • 12:00 – 22:00 (including 1 hour meal break) or
    • 2:30 – 22:30 (including 1 hour meal break)

 

Duties

  • Preparing food and drink;
  • Serving customers;
  • Taking orders;
  • Ordering and maintaining stocks;
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and utensils;
  • Collecting payment and operating a cash register;
  • Responsible for operating the beverage counter;
  • Making coffee and drinks;
  • Serving wine and prepare cocktail.

 

Requirements

  • Spoken: Little Cantonese is preferred, Fair English
  • Reading & Writing: Little Chinese is preferred, Fair English
  • Primary 6 education
  • 1 Year of relevant working experience
