Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services to residents in clubhouse.

• Assist to supervise and ensure a smooth operation of the club house to deliver high-standard services to the residents.

• Assist to plan and organize various recreational activities and events.

• Resolve complaints and perform corrective actions in professional manners.

• Prepare management reports, incident reports, quotation, tender documents, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above is preferable.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. One year of relevant working experience in a sizable clubhouse is highly appreciated.

• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

• Independent, well-organized and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate with more experience will also be considered as Assistant Club Officer.
