What You Will Do:

• Coordinate IT project milestones between users and the internal team;

• Understand clients’ requirements with the team and assist internal team in developing the most appropriate strategies to clients;

• Handle multiple projects and accounts in a timely and professional manner;

• Work with our project and technical team to support UX/UI Design, system rollout and deployment;

• Response to customer inquiry and provide service support;

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

What We Are Expecting from You:

• HD/ Associate degree / Degree Holder;

• Strong people and communication skills;

• Creative brainstorming, ambitious; self-starter; proactive and aggressive;

• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English;

• Proficiency with power-point and Excel;

• Preferably with1-2 working experience in IT sales or customer service.
