What you will do:

• Supervise the income audit function to ensure accurate and timely verification of all hotel revenues
• Review daily revenue reports, investigate variances, and ensure proper recording of room, F&B, and other revenues
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and local regulations
• Oversee reconciliation of PMS ledgers and revenue accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Monitor voids, rebates, allowances, and house accounts to ensure proper authorization and business justification
• Liaise with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of source documentation
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting service provider on income audit activities, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards
• Support monthly closing, including balance sheet reconciliations and revenue-related analysis
• Assist in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where required
• Train and guide team members to ensure adherence to procedures and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

What you bring:

• Higher Diploma or higher in hotel, accounting, or related fields
• At least 3 years of income audit and general accounting experience in the hospitality industry
• Confident, organized, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of revenue audit procedures, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
