What you will do:

As an ARGO Junior Bartender, you will primarily support the floor service while gradually developing foundational bar skills. Your role blends 75% server responsibilities with 25% bar assistance, ensuring seamless guest experiences across the venue.

Service Responsibilities (75%)

• Provide warm, engaging, and professional service aligned with ARGO’s standards.
• Present menus confidently and explain food & beverage offerings with an understanding of venue identity and storytelling.
• Manage your assigned section, ensuring smooth, attentive and timely service.
• Take guest orders, coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar, and ensure accurate delivery of items.
• Handle POS operations: opening checks, recording orders, and processing payments.
• Support the team with general service tasks and assist with projects assigned by supervisors.

Bar Responsibilities (25%)

• Assist bartenders with bar mise‑en‑place, station setup and closing procedures.
• Gain foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, bar tools, spirits, and ARGO signature items.
• Prepare simple beverages under supervision (e.g., Garnishes, basic mixers, service batches).
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and replenishment throughout service.
• Observe and learn from senior bartenders to grow into the role over time

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
