Communications Guest Relations Officer (Call Centre)

What you will do:

  • Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; handles customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. Hotsos, Chat platform) and facsimile machines.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Monitors and responds to hotel fire control panel and emergency and safety situations in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner.
  • Performs installation and repairs of telephone, facsimile in the guest room or public area meeting space.
  • Coordinate with outside vendor to set up telephone lines for hotel events and conferences.
  • Shift and overnight duty is required.

What you bring:

  • 1 year hotel Call Centre experience, preferably in luxurious hotel
  • Professional, positive and confident
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Able to work on shifts including weekends & holidays
  • Willing to work in overnight shift is highly preferable

Schedule & hours:

  • 5-Days work
  • This is a full-time position
  • In-house creation of marketing materials to support the delivery in overall Hotel strategies, applicant is required to be strong in copywriting, and obtain creative-thinking abilities, able to manage photoshoots and work on graphic design
  • Ensure all hotel promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces, and collateral are aligned with Four Seasons brand guidelines and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Ensure up-to-date information on B2B platforms not limited to Preferred Partner, Forbes, Virtuoso
  • Monitor, evaluate and generate reports for all marketing partnerships
  • Manage relationship between Four Seasons Place and Hotel through marketing materials, e-newsletter communications, and promotions to develop Hotel business with FSP residents
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to update information and elevate the look and feel for Hotel website
  • Main Hotel contact for all public communications including signage for public spaces and drafting in-room guest letters
  • Manage the supply chain and timelines of all print projects including negotiating costs, design and copy
  • Work with PRD to plan and oversee corporate photo shoots
  • Assist with hosting media and PR Administration when needed
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Planning Committee
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with the hotel industry
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
  • Bilingual in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent written command of Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Well organized, self-motivated and willing to learn
