FSE Engineering Group Limited, a member of FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (Stock Code: 0331.HK) is one of the leading E&M engineering companies in Hong Kong.  To cope with our continuous growth and development of the business, we are now seeking for the following capable individuals to join our HR & Administration Department at Kowloon Bay office.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience gained in sizeable organizations, preferably with exposure to Compensation & Benefits function

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and HR-related Ordinance

• Good communication skills, well-organized, meticulous and with a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible approach to work

• A good team player, with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is highly desirable

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate availability will be an advantage

• This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of renewal

• Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the Human Resources Officer position

 Duties:

• Support end-to-end HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Assist in payroll administration, MPF management, taxation matters, audit exercises, and annual HR initiatives

• Administer employee benefits programs, including leave, insurance, wellness programmes, and employee compensation claims

• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and provide responsive support for staff enquiries

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc duties as assigned
