Senior Leasing And Property Officer

Responsibilities
♦ To perform leasing administration works tenancy matters and daily property management issues
♦ To resolve complaints and enquiries of the tenants
♦ To assist in handling and taking over of the leased premises with tenants
♦ Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the company

Requirements
• Diploma or above, preferably in property management or related
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experiences
• Proficient in Chinese and English word processing and PC knowledge in MS word and excel
• Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
