Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up purchase orders to support daily operations and private event

• Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements, including but not limited to Hong Kong & Macau area

• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Management, Business Administration is preferred

• Candidates with at least 1 year relevant working experience in Hospitality or F&B industry is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, reliable and multi-tasking is a must

• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
