We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with payroll coordination, recruitment and training logistics, acting as a key team assistant to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Support: Monitor monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including collecting and verifying attendance, leave records, payroll documents, reporting and analysis.

• Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist in onboarding new hires.

• Training Support: Coordinate training sessions, book venues or virtual platforms, track training participation, and maintain training records.

• General Team Assistance: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the ESLS team, maintain employee files, and assist with HR correspondence.

• HRIS System: Work closely with vendor and Information Technology Department on the launch of new payroll system and other HRIS projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Candidates with 5 years relevant Human Resources experience is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiar with HRMS implementation experiences will be an advantage

• Able to handle confidential information with discretion

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
