Job Highlights

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated designer to join us on high-end interior projects. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of Developers, architects and Designers and be exposed to a variety of project types.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling projects independently from the design stage with a full set of Design/Construction/As-built drawings to project completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution

• Strong creative flair and the ability to translate client briefs into unique, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs

• Provide support to the Director and delegate to junior members of the team

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects.

• 10 years of experience in interior fitting out works or construction field, preferably in luxury residential / corporate / show flat & sales office / club house projects.

• Good design sense and presentation skills, strong sensibility to graphic design, FF&E, art and decoration.

• Excellent in AutoCAD, Enscape, V-ray, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software.

• Strong in communication, planning, organization and time management.  Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects.

• Good team player who can work independently under tight schedule and pressure.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Designer.

• On-site work requires.

• 5 days work a week.

• Available immediately is highly preferred.
