Main purpose of the role:

• The role aims to maintain trusted relationship with existing clients by having an in depth understanding of customer needs in line with the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• To keep trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports to drive successful level of renewals contract;  including dealing with customer complaints and follow-up
• To prepare the contract renewal proposal and the related documentary works;
• To provide the potential or existing client a outstanding security service solutions and resolving challenges in a skillful way
• To update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• We welcome any fresh university graduates or candidates with less working experience
• University graduate in any disciplines;
• Good presentation and communications skills;
• Proactive and well-organized characters ;
• Good computer skills;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
