Account Manager (Security Systems & ELV)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Sales Manager in reviewing & formulating sales strategies and directions
  • To maintain excellent relationships with existing/new/potential clients
  • To provide professional advice to the clients to achieve the best solutions subject to their service requirements
  • Plan and organize sales activities for the sales team, monitoring their progress and report achievement of sales result
  • Lead, motivate, coach and performance management of sales team

Requirements :

  • A University Degree Holder
  • High level of proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Experience in Security / Services industry
  • Good knowledge of common office software, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Access
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with internal & external customers
  • A good team leader and player
  • Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
