To cope with the strategic growth of the business, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy.
Security Support Officer

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the operation of OLAE and ProWatch systems
  • Issuing access cards to new staff members
  • Assigning access rights to personnel
  • Responding to all access control-related inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating access control data (e.g., new hires, access revocation, termination records)
  • Preparing daily reports
  • Submitting procurement requisitions
  • Issuing procurement orders to vendors
  • Monitoring procurement processes
  • Facilitating payment settlements for the direct manager
  • Processing claims
  • Managing invoicing

 

Qualification

  • Hands-on experience of PC knowledge and operation of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. and ability to compile data and presentations.
  • Experience in the security industry is preferred
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity and exhibits excellent teamwork skills
  • Knowledge in HK Fire Ordinance and Regulation will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken skills in English and Chinese

Working Hours

  • 0900-1800
  • Mon-Fri (5 Days Work)
  • excluded Sat,Sun,PH,SH
