Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Handle public enquiries and complaints;
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, brochures, fact sheets, and other project communications;
• Develop engaging presentation materials and participate in public consultation forums;
• Organize and coordinate meetings, briefings and presentations with District Councils, the general public, local organizations and other stakeholders;
• Manage updates to the project website and oversee the preparation of content for public communication;
• Produce project-related video and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Public Relations, Communication or relevant disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ working experience in public relations;
• Experience working with District Councils or community stakeholders preferred;
• Well-versed in MS office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Willing to be based at the site office.
