Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the structural design, fabrication, supply and advise on technical aspects of installation, fixing and erection of all and only temporary structural works;
• Assist the Senior Manager in leading the Structural team in coordinating construction activities;
• Monitor the project progress and review project contract documents and Method Statements etc;
• Regular review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and regulations;
• Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors, review of resources and planning of works;
• Ensure all company policies and plans are aligned to the broader group processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• Member of HKIE / ICE / IStructE or other recognized professional bodies preferred;
• At least 10 years’ site experience in building works, with at least 2 years’ project management in structural-related projects;
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
