Responsibilities:  

• Lead and manage the digital transformation program;
• Coordinate with application teams driving continuous improvement of applications' technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security including impact analysis, solutioning and monitoring;
• Oversee application projects, including requirements gathering, business analysis, vendor/product evaluation, implementation, and reporting;
• Manage the ongoing maintenance, upgrades and optimization of company's systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in system applications and digital transformation management or leadership roles;
• Strong technical knowledge including application development and architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity basics, AI, data analytics, and relevant digital tools;
• Hands on experience and knowledge in C#, Java, O365, Microservices, Event Driven or Cloud Native; and container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker), services, and API models (e.g. Swagger, OpenAPI); and different storage solutions (e.g. SQL database(s), NoSQL such as MongoDB, Redis, etc.); and scalable networking technologies (e.g. Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms);
• Excellent project and program management skills;
• Ability to critically analyze data and apply insights to business strategy;
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and manage people;
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and business environments;
• Experience managing vendors and resources effectively;
• Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on enhancing user experience.
