You will assist in directing and co-ordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our fire services maintenance works in Hong Kong. You will be responsible to liaise between sub-contractors, consultants, utilities and clients on project co-ordination and construction programme issues.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Fire Services Engineering or a related discipline;
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in fire services maintenance projects;
• Knowledge of fire services systems, with the ability to lead and coordinate supply and installation packages;
• Familiarity with Hong Kong fire services regulations and compliance standards;
• Understanding of Automatic Sprinkler Device (ASD) specification is preferrable;
• Experience in completing Fire Services Inspections is advantageous;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Outgoing and team-oriented, with a willingness to coordinate across site teams and designers.
