Human Resources Officer

Job Description

As a part of the HR Business Partner team, you will provide full support to business units in formulating and implementing Human Resources strategies and plans. You will participate in full spectrum of HR management issues including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, talent development and retention, as well as reward management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience role;
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office and HRIS system.

Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Human Resources Officer.
