Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project documents and drawing;
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site execution;
• Track site progress against the project schedule and prepare regular progress updates;
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements;
• Record inspection findings and follow up with relevant teams on corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, or related discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; MTR project experience is an advantage;
• Knowledge of systemwide design, construction, implementation, and maintenance for MTR projects; familiarity with Main Control System and/or Communications System is preferred;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Proactive, with good problem‑solving and decision‑making ability;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
