Quantity Surveyor (E&M)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments;
  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites;
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
  • Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction;
  • MRICS or HKIS is an advantage;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, specifically in E&M projects;
  • Good commercial and contractual acumen;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
