Senior IT Engineer (Automation)

Description & Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions to automate and optimize manual processes;
  • Analyze IT data, including cybersecurity tests and log, user training outcomes, and system utilization, to drive improvement;
  • Implement comprehensive technology-related procedures and documentation;
  • Conduct cybersecurity training sessions and execute phishing simulations to enhance organizational security awareness;
  • Implement new cybersecurity protocols and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital technologies;
  • Knowledge of security operations automation, including experience with SOAR platforms and API integrations, is an advantage;
  • Experience with AI and automation technologies is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and proactive mindset, with demonstrated experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
